Shipping policy

Store items' shipping rates are based on weight and size. If you order today, your items typically ship within one week. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.

USA shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. As this is an average, sometimes items will arrive sooner and sometimes later during busy periods.  International shipments' timelines vary by location and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.

Please note that this excludes any handling and processing times. If the product has processing and handling times, it will be noted in the product page. 

We recommend that you order prior to December 9th for all Christmas orders. 

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note, that these shipping times are estimates and due to variations in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it's shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. 

For international orders: Once items leave the United States, in most cases, we're unable to access detailed tracking information. Use the tracking number provided by your local carrier to help locate it if you think it's lost.
